Game of Breath

“Freedom is never dear at any price. It is the breath of life. What would a man not pay for living?”

Breath, very common word! Not only common but is also an invisible thread which makes every living creature stand on the same platform together. Though we keep on segregating ourselves from each other but still unseeable link keeps on glowing. Albeit the shine is fading day by day.

Breath is rhythmic, a slight change in its tempo can cause harmful effects. Don’t you agree? As the title says, “Game of Breath”, life is a game of breath. Every second we add in our life span is because we are winning against death. The moment our spirit losses this ongoing battle, we will be declared Dead. People take the breath with variations. Some are fast, some are slow or some with a relaxed mind and heart. The breathing process is in our hands. Although when our body establishes a friendship with diseases, then it becomes a difficult deal to bargain with.

Keeping all these aspects in mind, we can conclude that breathe is free. Free from any outside control. And that is what we all want. Breathing independently, i.e, breathing in a fresh air, far from the pollution of the materialistic world. Breathing on our own conditions and without any boundations. The moment breath puts on weight, life turns into purgatory. Inhaling every particle of oxygen is like stepping towards the end.

Thus, freedom of breath is very important. It requires struggle, a lot of struggle to breathe with your own power. One must never let the other person hold their oxygen mask. And, if you are planning to give it, be prepared to make your breath a slave. The breath will never be able to breathe. I think the calm breathing of breath is very important!!

Have you seen anyone living without a breath??
